Yanchuan County has successfully developed and is now producing green and black tea made from jujube buds in large amounts. This innovative tea has undergone rigorous quality inspections and has multiple beneficial nutrients and trace elements. Notably, every 100 grams of the tea boasts an impressive 825 micrograms of vitamin C and 0.368 grams of total flavonoids. In recognition of its exceptional quality, the tea was honored with inclusion in the 2023 National Catalogue of Famous, Special, High-quality, and New Agricultural Products.
