There are two ways to eat, to mix the sauce with garlic juice, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, scallion, oil into the steamed potato shreds, or to frythe cooled potato shreds, like fryingrice. If you fry it in a wokwith high heat, it will taste better. Potato shredsare natural green food, and are edible all year round.
